Cancellations
A credit card will be required to schedule and hold your appointment. $25 fee will be charged for less than 24 hour cancellation noticed or rescheduling.

Courtesy
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off when entering the treatment room.

Punctuality
Arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to allow ample time to check-in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Late arrival
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service if you are 10 minutes late. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Age
Customers ages under 18 years old must be accompanied and consented by a parent or guardian.

Gratuity
Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A cash gratuity of 15-20% of each service price is appropriate and appreciated.

Gift Cards Available
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. Gift cards are treated as cash; all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable.
Our gift cards are 1-year expiration policy.
